Attorney Personality Test

Price: $45

Lawyers have to endure years of formal education and working under supervision before they can practice on their own, so we naturally assume that every lawyer is good, qualified, and skilled enough to do the job. However, as in every profession, there are lawyers and then there are spectacular lawyers. And if you are in the business of hiring an attorney, you obviously want only the best of the best. Our pre-employment personality and mental ability assessment specifically developed for the recruitment of attorneys is here to make this responsibility easier for you.

It will help you identify candidates who are aggressive and assertive enough to win cases while also being down-to-earth and cooperative with you and their colleagues outside of the courtroom. It recognizes candidates who are mindful of rules and policies, so meticulous that they will not get any detail slide, calm and collected under the most stressful situations, and with such impeccable communication and reasoning skills that you will feel sorry for anyone standing against them in a case. Part of this assessment also looks at the mental ability of candidates to ensure that the person you choose to hire is not just smart enough to finish a law degree, but will know how to apply their brains to understand and win cases in real life.

The assessment consists of three sections – a 133-item personality test, a 44-item mental ability test, and a set of open-ended sentences for which candidates provide narrative responses.

The assessment report will provide you with a graphic representation of scores in covered areas, a candidate’s strengths and developmental concerns, narrative responses provided by the candidate and instructions on how to approach them, and suggestions for interview questions.
