Dispatcher Personality Test

The assessment has two sections - a 142-question personality test, and a 44-item mental ability test (focused on verbal, reasoning, and abstract reasoning). It is untimed and usually takes approximately 75 minutes to complete.

The assessment report will provide you with a graphic representation of scores in covered areas, a candidate’s strengths and developmental concerns, and suggestions for interview questions.
